These Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) govern the use of this website, including
the online store for digital products and the submission of CVs and personal data for recruitment and coaching purposes.
By accessing the website or purchasing products, you agree to these T&C in full.

2. Digital Products & Return Policy

All products offered are digital in nature and are delivered immediately upon payment.
Due to the nature of digital content, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges after the product has been accessed or downloaded.
For customers located in the European Union, by confirming your purchase, you expressly agree to the immediate delivery of the digital product and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal under applicable consumer law is waived.
Customers in Switzerland are not entitled to any withdrawal right unless otherwise required by mandatory law.

3. Data Protection & GDPR/FADP Compliance

We process personal data (including CVs, contact details, and payment information) in compliance with
the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).
Personal data is collected solely for the purposes of application documents editing, coaching, communication, and order fulfilment.
We apply data minimisation principles and retain personal data only as long as necessary or as required by law.

4. Data Retention & Deletion

CVs and recruitment-related data will be retained for a maximum of 6 months after the conclusion of the
application process, unless explicit consent is given for longer retention.
Client account and purchase data will be retained for the legally required accounting period (typically 10 years in Switzerland).
Marketing-related contact information will be kept until consent is withdrawn or inactive for 2 years, whichever occurs first.
Data subjects may request deletion at any time, subject to legal retention requirements.

5. User Rights

Under GDPR and FADP, you have the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict, or port your personal data,
as well as to object to its processing. Requests should be directed to contact@roger-bachmann.ch and will be processed within statutory time limits.
Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of prior processing.

6. Cookies & Tracking

The website uses cookies and similar technologies to improve functionality and user experience.
Non-essential cookies require explicit user consent before activation. Essential cookies are necessary for the website’s operation.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator excludes any liability for direct or indirect damages,

These T&C are governed by Swiss law. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland.
